All this 3 models have the same motor unit, same battery, same bin volume, same dimensions and weight.
The only difference is just between the type and number of accessories (additional tools) you get. The best value model is V10 Absolute, because you get all three motorized heads:

Soft roller head for your hard floors. At all 3 models you get a combination tool (two tools in one), so you easily switch between surfaces; a crevice tool that gives you precise cleaning around edges and narrow spaces, a mini soft brush for dust and a charging (docking) station, which also has the role to store tools.Dyson Cyclone V10 Animal it’s the cheapest one, but you don’t get the Soft roller head.
